Text to resize with img in div

Im having trouble getting my text to resize with my img inside a div container (bootStrap) to make this responsive. If you look [HERE][1]

you'll see how it look in a desktop size, but when you take it down to cellphone sizes the text stays the same size I'd like it to become smaller to look better.

Constants:

keep img responsive while allowing the text to resize to a better viewing size.

Allow the position to stay the same to align with the img. Dont worry about the .hover problems.
