Microsoft Report Viewer Height and Width Issue on Different Screens

I have using using Microsoft Report Viewer to display SSRS reports on my webpages, but I am unable to deal with SSRS report viewer when it comes to different screen sizes. see below example what I am using on desktop PCs. @Html.ReportViewer(ViewBag.ReportViewer as Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer, new { frameBorder = "0", Height = 600, Width = 1000

           })

Its height is 600 and width is 1000 which is fine for 19" screen, but seeing on tablet or mobile, its not automatically changing(I know its width is fixed pixels here), but how would deal with percentage property, its seems it doesn't support height and width in percentages. Any idea please.
