Elastic effect on HTML5 appls in windows 10 phone with Edge

We are currently working on a HTML5 angular js web app application where we are getting elastic effects on DIV created in our View / Overview modules w.r.t the headers. The user is able to press the DIV area (search result ) and is able to drag the area away from the header thereby giving some odd behavior. We are not able to replicate this issue in IOS & android chrome devices. Is there a way to disable this elastic behavior in windows devices?
