E-commerce web app 3D model selections

I am an undergraduate. For my final year project i am developing a spare part management e-commerce web application using php. There i would like to use the option like loading a model of a particular vehicle on user selection (say for now a toyota corolla car) and then all the parts related to that particular model will be shown in the model.(Please see an example image attached) Whenever mouse hovered over that particular part then the details will be shown and once it is clicked then all the sellers offering that particular part will be shown.

For implementing this what are the technologies that can be used? Could you please suggest me some tutorials if you know. Thank You very much..
