Which platform, if one is chosen, to deploy a product to first?

I have an idea and I can program both android apps and Web apps but due to time restrictions, can only build and deploy to one platfrom first and the build and deploy to the other platform a few months later. Is it better to initially deploy an Internet service on android or on the web. I want to consider potential audience, capability, experience, etc.
