What topics of Angular JS should I know as a Web Designer?

So I am a mediocre-level front end developer, who wants to upgrade his skills and expertise. Currently, I know basic JavaScript, basic JQuery (eg. syntax, functions, statement chaining etc). and Bootstrap.

I see a lot of folks in this domain moving to Angular JS, and Node JS. I want to know, that as a web designer...

1. What topics of Angular JS should I study,
2. What are the pre-requisites for it.
3. Are there any online resources that you can refer to, for the training of these topics?
4. What topics of Bootstrap should I study to take my knowledge to the next level?
