Admin website for SQL database

First up, long time "answer seeker", first time poster, so please be gentle :)

We have built an android app which connects to an SQL database, and allows us to see live what is happening on the users phone.

We have designed a website which allows us to view the data coming from the app - we can see location, video, audio etc. The data from the phone is sent to the database, and the web portal can access that data from the database.

Our design for the web portal to access this data is very crude, and I was wondering if there is any templates out there that we can use/purchase, that has the design all done, and allows us to plug in our SQL, add custom fields (such as GPS and video streams)?
