What software platforms are best for building a simple marketplace for the local community

I want to build a simple online marketplace for my community where people can register to advertise their services, goods etc. There will be no selling on this website and all services and goods will be free.

What are the best platforms to build this one which does not require too much coding. I was looking at WIX and Shopify but they seem to be better suited for building a online store and for e-business. Any other options available?
