Verifying some ID from a website while staying on mobile app

Beginner here

I want my user to enter a number and then I want to verify that number from another website(their database). Is this possible?

For Example: I ask user to enter a number. I want to check that number from these websites if that number is in their database. (These websites allow user to search for doctor/health worker based on their license numbers etc.) I want to do the same but from my mobile app.

These are the sites that I want to verify from

2. https://online.pnc.org.pk/track/nursing-professional
