Not able to access a website, after deleing some files which I thought are not relevent in cpanel

I have a website ipoandmore.com which resides on a blue host server which hosts 3 domains. The main domain is structured as /home/vegec ( i donot use it now) and then there are /home/vegec/ipoandmore (the one needed by me) and home/vegec/foodhealth1. I was running short of space. so I deleted all files from home/vegec/foodhealth1 (which I donot use and was not assigned also) from control panel using file manager i.e. in dir home/vegec/foodhealth1. After that my site ipoandmore.com is not opening and after considerable time shows me HTTP 500 error. wordpress wp-admin (ipoandmore/wp-admin does show an error but the email I have indicated, i have forgotten the password. I can access c panel. any help on how I should proceed to fix the issue. The site is mainly educational only and I cannot spend money to take professional help.
