GitHub Pages not picking up newly committed files files

I have a website hosted on github: https://meedox9.github.io/

At some point, newly committed files/directoies are no longer picked up by the live website.

The index.html and CSS update fine, but my new folders are not. I thought there might have been a delay, but I waited overnight and the files are still not there.

Any suggestions?
