Requested device not found Agora API

I just did a basic Web Tutorial with Agora SDK from here: https://github.com/AgoraIO/Basic-Video-Call/tree/master/One-to-One-Video/Agora-Web-Tutorial-1to1

I set up an account with AppID, Temp token etc. I could join but my streaming device and micro was not found, do I have to install an extension for chrome first for that or what is the problem? I also wasn't asked in browser to allow the devices..
