Open-source vs Custom ecommerce

Our company will be building an e-commerce website for our existing business. I have some experience with node.js and React. However, I feel like they are not really suitable for full blown e-commerce solution, at least not in their current stage.

Some of our requirements include:

• Sign up and get verified to view product listings
• Different product SKUs for different customer segments
• Different product pricing
• 3D obj view with each product
• Digital downloads with each product
• Up to 100 different product properties that can be filtered
• Customizable admin panel for different users
• Multi Language / Multi Currency

Would you recommend Opencart or a similar solution or a whole custom solution from ground up? If you suggest a custom solution which tech stack would you recommend?
