How to host xampp site on the internet?

i am working with my friend who i cannot meet and i would like to show him my website which i am currently using xampp to host but I'll need to put it online so that my friend can see it, i don't want anything that I'll pay for i just want something like 23.57.23.1/index.html which can be accessed from the internet , don't worry about static ip , i am not going to be hosting for a long time.
please i would need a detailed explanation
