Links from my website to external website don’t work

So I am creating a website for one of my clients and on the stud services page the links don’t work properly. Sometimes they work other times I go to the home page of the external site and other times I am hit with timeout errors. Any ideas? https://snowshillalpacas.com/stud-services.html
