allow access to given sub directory using htaccess

I have site www.example.com, and written rule to disable directory listing using htaccess. now I want a subdirectory to host separate site inside the www.example.com as https://ift.tt/3dv0dpB. how can I allow "new_site" subdirectory from htaccess?
