The webpage is loading non-responsively except on special circumstances. Can someone inspect?

The webpage at: https://pos.velcim.com/business/register

Isn't loading in a responsive way. Either on Max Browser window or Mobile browsers. The only time it does load responsively is when you load the page on a smaller browser window.

The login page (https://pos.velcim.com/login) on the same site is loading responsively across devices though.

Can someone do a quick inspection? I've been at it for hours and I got nothing...

P.S. This is a Laravel page.
