reagarding Domain name settings

I have an application running in my server called hi.pims.com I am able to access the website from the local network using the Local IP 192.168.50.15:8086 however due to virus outbreak I need to make the website accessible from the external network my It team said they are going to give me a subdomain ex:uat.companyname.com I created a binding like this and tried to access the site using uat.mycompanyname.com I get the following error also I tried to use uat.companyname.com:8086 which takes me to the page which I did not create I don't know what to search this as in google any help or nudge in some direction is greatly appreciated
