Laravel Approve or Refuse

I am a new laravel developer working on a project where users can upload songs so that the admin can approve or refuse to approve. I have a table on the admin end to show the uploads done by the users. Now what I want my dear programmers to help me with is to help me be able to use a button to approve and refuse to approve a song. When the admin click on the approve button, the data moves from the table showing all uploads to a diferent table named Approved and Refused table if admin refuses to approve
