How To Manually Move My CakePHP website (cPanel Shared Hosted) to Another Nre Server (cPanel Shared Hosted)

Please guide me how can I move my CakePHP website (cPanel Shared Hosted) to Another New Server (cPanel Shared Hosted) manually.

This website was developed by someone known who is currently not able to do this for me due to time constraints, so I need to learn how to do it myself.
