Allowing my domain to send/recieve get requests

I'm kind of new to hosting an apache server. I'm using a sort of WAMP stack.

Basically the problem is, I can perform get requests from my localhost, but not from the domain I registered.

I also cannot access phpMyAdmin from my domain: domain/phpMyAdmin.

I think this has to do with my httpd.conf file, but I cannot be sure. Can y'all just tell me what needs to be changed in that httpd.conf file to allow all types of requests? And so I can have access to my phpMyAdmin via my registered domain name.
