Setting toggle to show different things in HTML

I am very new to HTML and I'm trying to do the following and need some help / Ideas on how to get it to work on a Website I am working on.

So I have this area with 6 Items, explaining something. I want to have a little slider thing with two sides, lets say Side 1 and Side 2, which, when clicked on the correct side, will toggle between these 6 and other 6 Items. These should then be placed in the very same matter, just different text depending on what you want to read.

I really don't even know how to name something like that, otherwise I would have found something on YouTube.
