How to make a app to login and work with several accounts in a website at once

I need a program that can: 1. Login to a website with -around- 50 different accounts at once. 2. It doesn't matter if I would need to solve the captchas my self, as long as it can keep the sessions alive (So I would be needing to do it once a day) 3. Submit a form for all of them based on the information that each account has 4. Be able to do it multiple times a day and not require login each time. I've considered using Python - Scrapy for this. But if there is any better tools for this purpose I'd be happy to know about them.
