Azure website refreshing page does not works

I've built a website using WEB API (Server) and Angular8 (Client) and I uploaded it on Azure cloud services.

Now the website is working great, but everytime i try to refresh the page i get error and the message: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." and status code of 404 (not found).

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem? thank you very much.
