How to integrate Youtube API so it returns the value of likes and views of a particular video into a website?

I want to integrate the Youtube API which will display the number of likes of a particular video I have on Youtube. This number will be integrated to a website. When a new user likes it, the increment will be shown live on the website. By clicking the like button on the website, the video will be liked automatically on Youtube. Basically, it will have a two-way functionality.
