Application to display data from 14 plc(ABB PLC pm564 eth) on a single web interface(php) [closed]

I want to read the data from 14 plc on a single web interface.

I want a web interface because a lot of users want to see the data.I can read through tcp via c# implementation.

How can I access plc from web interface?
