Website :Deskop mode or phone mode it flickers! WHY?

I have created a website with Web Creator Pro 6.Everything works perfectly but only one issue i have.When i go on the website on my android mobile,the website it flickers nonstop.I don't know what to do anymore..I've tried all i knew..The Web Creator 6 pro has an option for Enable device detection..i have ticked that one aswell but nothing happens.Also if i tick "Current page designed for desktop",when i visit the website on phone it flickers and if i click on "Current page designed for phone/tablet" it works on mobile but on desktop mode in pc it flickers......what can i do? I was thinking that i have to create another website in other software Like mobile web creator or things like that .And that is a problem too because i don't know how to upload the phone version upon the web one.i never created a web mobile..even this website i created for the first time...I appreciate each comment.Thank you Guys for helping me <3
