Script that deletes all the data from server each night [on hold]

I need a script that deletes all the files inside all the carpets each night. I have a website on server linux.

-Master folder
- Folder
   - File
- Folder
   - File
- Folder
   - File

Something that will delete all these "File". Something that will execute each night automatically. I don't have any experience in this kind of scripts that's why I'm asking.

Anything would help.
