How to use Ajax.load() [on hold]

I basically have a single page website which fetches data from various other supporting pages. I want to reload the content without refreshing the page.

My master page is A. B and C are A's supporting pages and D,E are B and C's supporting pages. I can reload the data in the element on page A which has been fetched from B and C but i can't reload the data fetched in an element on page A after performing function on B and C whose function data has been fetched from D and E.
