How can I use C++ as a sites back end, is it possible with WebAssembly?

What libraries or frameworks are out there that allows me to use C++ for server-side web development. I already know about CppCms, but are their others? I have also heard about WebAssembly, but that runs on the front end, although WebAssembly's website also mentioned something about backend as well but never went into detail. And yes, I know C++ isn't meant for the web and it goes against Bjarne Stroustrup's wishes, but I am just experimenting. Haha, any help would be appreciated.
