Why isn't my ubuntu based website working correctly?

I just bought a web-hotel(basically everything is already installed for you(apache, php, phpmyadmin etc...), but you need to make your own website, (scripts etc.) I put my scripts there, everything worked fine, website worked with database.

Then I wanted to try making that same website to my own VPS (ubuntu). Installed lamp-stack, phpmyadmin, but when I go to my website, it isn't working correctly. The website loads, but some pages just shows only white and it just doesn't work (I didn't had this problem in the web-hotel).

So summarizing = everything worked fine in the web-hotel, but exactly same script and files doesn't work correctly in my own server.

I tried to install everything again, didn't work and I have tried to configure apache2, .htaccsess, but I don't think that is the deal here.
