How to not encode url query params in my get request call

I am trying to send a get request and notice my url is encoded and is not working. How do I make my url to not encode query strings? ids string is an encoded and has == inside the string, but request seems to be replace = with some %3D.. https://test.com/account?ids=PUyk00XY2IlBBBG0vPlQfg%3D%3D%26index%3D0%26skipAuth%3Dtrue
