How do I buy HTTPS domain names instead of HTTP?

so I've bought some domain names from GoDaddy and then I realized all the websites that I made on those domain names were HTTP instead of HTTPS. I tried to buy a domain name with HTTPS but I couldn't. how do I use HTTPS instead of HTTP for my websites?
