How can i make offline mode to allow user to save videos like youtube

I am in making a E-learning project and i want to allow my user to save any course video to watch it in offline mode same as Youtube. Is there any way to do it. Note that i don't want to alow user to save videos on there gallery or something like that. User should only can watch there videos on my website.
