GOT ERROR 500. How to fix my problem with .htaccess?

i just wanna hosting my website with 000webhost, in the file manager there is .htacess and i also have .htaccess where there are rules for links on my own website, then I try to use .htaccess 000webhost but my website can't, and when I use my .htaccess I get an HTTP ERROR 500 error message, My htaccess file has all the files indexed, so how can I solve this problem?
