Flask(python) and Angular(frontend) and Databse

I want to develope a web application using angular as frontend and Flask(python) as backend and sql database which will store images. Can anyone tell me the procedure to do it. I have been reading a lot but nothing gives a clear picture. I don't know what to do in backend. Please help me
