Tomcat stopped to write to log files

I am developing a small web application for my project. I'm using Tomcat 9.0.14. I have this Tomcat defined in IntelliJ as my server. I make some changes in my application, restart server etc. - normal development.

Today after a few days of not developing the app I came across weird bugs and wanted to check Tomcat logs, but I found out that there were no new logs! I checked if I was looking in the folder of correct Tomcat and I am. What can be wrong there? I really need these logs.

I am using the same Windows user as always.
