Finding the original github repo used for a project

I'm currently interested in building a website using netlify. Since I feel like starting from nothing can be a daunting task, i'm trying to find a github repo as a starting point. I found two websites that very clearly follow a single template from github (https://tftactics.gg/ and https://knightly.app). So I was wondering if it was possible to determine the original repo they were cloned from and how I should proceed in order to find it.
