Dynamically change color scheme of MATERIAL-DESIGN-LITE

Not the color of any single element, but I want to change the color scheme of the whole site.

Just like this site, (though it doesn't use MATERIAL-DESIGN-LITE) but it has an platte to let users change site color scheme dynamically without refresh. How can I make it by MATERIAL-DESIGN-LITE.
