Creating a client and employee list and timeline

I have a small company where I have clients and employees to manage. in term of my company work, I have to connect my employee with clients.

1. I would like to create a system where there is an individual profile of every clients and employee

2. As I connect employee I would like to create timeline inside each clients profile where I can add employee according to date or time of involvement or some cases if I need to change employee so that I know the history.
