Odd question, but can i develop a team from stack overflow [on hold]

I am wanting to know If it is possible to start or develop a software company within using this site. I need some help make a software. I am really new to programming, I am better at web designing than python or java. However I have a really good Idea to make a very profitable software. I have no idea of how to code to make it. That is why I am researching to find helpers or someone to join my team I am wanting to start. I have my own business for years however I am wanting to add software to it. So I am looking to gain some people that would be willing to join my business to help me. Now there isnt really any way I can pay upfront just yet, my business isnt very lucrative. If it is possible to so. Who would be willing to join and go the mile with me? Legit people who wont steal my idea either just saying.
