My OpenCart maintenance mode is broke and again in again error

My open cart website in maintenance mode and displays fine on my computer, however, on my phone it displays all my products. It has been in opencart store maintenance mode for over a month, so it is not a caching issue. Also, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not on my computer meaning sometimes my products are fully displayed and sometimes they are not. They are fully displayed on my phone, and have never tried to pull up there before. Please help
