How to find clients when u are freelancer, need help and tips

So, I don't really know if this is a propriate place for this question, but I believe that there're many freelancers here so I've got very important question for you. How do I find clients. I've created my own website where I offer my services, I've posted links to that website on Facebook sale groops and still no one is calling, I don't have big and impressive portfolio because I'm just starting, but I have skills to do websites, shops, and some web apps. So, any tips for me? I really need to start earning money. Thanks for any help.
