Firebase Web Codelab remove send button and message section

Im looking for web developer help to remove send button and message edit text, also image button from Firebase web code lab example, im not familiar with JavaScript and HTML to much, when i starting to remove section button, edit text, image button in HTML, web page not showing list of messages in FDB. Please help me to modified example from google code lab to get only list of messages, thanks in advance.
