SEO friendly file structure [on hold]

I have a website structure like this now:

/index.html
/page2/index.html
/page3/index.html

the reson for this is structure is to prevent .html endings without creating some sort of a router.

Is this a bad structure for SEO. If so, what should i be doing insted?
