Language and phonetic transcription database

I like to try to do a small project to transcript from one language to other one using the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), just to help people to read a text and "sound" like if you're speaking well.

I was trying to find a database where I can have English, Spanish, etc words and their phonetics transcription into IPA, but I wans't able to find anything... =(

Do you know any place to find it?
