I'm developing a shopping website using Nodejs/Express. I aim to make it really fast and content rich. What are the possible high-level optimizations I need to do to achieve the same? Right now, in my current prototype website, there is always a few seconds delay to load all data because of the API requests, image-loading and what not. What resources, concepts, technologies do I need to check out to progress in that direction?
