Get image 404 Forbidden with python local host server - on Mac

I am running a python server with the terminal command python3 -m HTTP.server which opens a localhost server. The problem I am having is that the console gives me this error.

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)"

I'm on a Mac and have tried changing the sharing and permissions of the folder with the HTML to read and write. Although it does nothing.

It loads the image file when the server is not used. Does anyone know how to fix this?
