Error while importing package python

I'm trying to import web, but it gives error ImportError: attempted relative import with no known parent package I have installed web package like this from command prompt

C:\Users\admin>python -m pip install lpthw.web
Requirement already satisfied: lpthw.web in c:\users....
packages

Is there any get through? Any suggestions will be helpful.
