Change values of global variables in redis.io

I use the services of redis.io, And i need to create a filter of the query according to the ranges, the way I found to do this is by parameters. From reading the User Guide I discovered that parameters can not be changed via the embded of the Dashboard. My question is there a way to change the values of global parameters by API or other way besides login to the system Or alternatively filter ranges (eg by date window) without the need for parameters.
